This class features approximately 30 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice where pose are held for long periods (2-5 minutes) targeting connective tissue rather than focusing on muscle. Yoga Nidra, known as Yogic Sleep, is a guided meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. No prior yoga experience necessary!
